| "Zielony Punkt" Recovery Organization
is a public limited company, established in 2003, registered
in the Regional Court for Lodz - Srodmiescie, XX Division
of Polish Court Register, under the entry of 0000181156.
Our head office is located in the city center of Lodz,
the second biggest city in Poland. With the share capital
of 1 200 000 PLN and the shareholders who are experts
in recycling, we are more than ready to take over the
Polish recycling market. |
| What we do
? |
| We assist entrepreneurs and importers in fulfilling
their legal requirements imposed on them by Marshal Office.
On their behalf we pay product and deposit fee in accordance
with Act of 11th May, 2001. Simultaneously we trade recyclable
materials with entrepreneurs from all over Europe. |
Our
shareholders |
| Our main shareholders are: Mr Wieslaw Lewandowski,
owner of “W. Lewandowski” a paper factory
in Wloclawek and Mr Marek Kyc, owner of “Polimarky”
company from Rzeszów which manufactures a wide
range of modified plastics.
